Terms and Conditions – bed pkr Platform Rules and Usage

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the bed pkr platform — including the website, the Android application, the sports betting section, live casino, bingo or any other product offered — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it or which products they use. They apply from the moment you first visit the platform or create an account, whichever comes first. If you are using the platform on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that they have also agreed to them.

Acceptance of these terms is a condition of use. You cannot use bed pkr without agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree, your only option is to stop using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use bed pkr you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be registering and playing as an individual on your own personal behalf, not on behalf of any third party or organisation.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration including your name, mobile number and any other details requested.
• You must not be a person who has previously had an account closed or suspended by bed pkr for a violation of these terms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or agent of bed pkr or any company affiliated with the operation of the platform.

bed pkr reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing being put on hold until verification is completed.

By registering, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and complete. Providing false information during registration is a serious violation of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Management

One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on bed pkr at any time. If bed pkr identifies that a player has created or is operating multiple accounts, all accounts associated with that player will be closed and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited. This applies regardless of whether different names, email addresses or phone numbers were used to create the additional accounts.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials including your password. You are also responsible for all activity that takes place under your account login, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should contact bed pkr support immediately.

bed pkr will never contact you by any channel asking for your full password. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from bed pkr and asks for your password, do not provide it and report the contact to support.

Account Information Updates

If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number or payment details — you are responsible for updating your account information promptly. Outdated information that causes delays in withdrawals or other account functions is not the responsibility of bed pkr.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive. bed pkr may contact you regarding an inactive account before any administrative action is taken. Any applicable inactivity handling procedures will be communicated to you in advance.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on bed pkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets where available.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no upper limit stated here — refer to your account for any applicable limits.
• You must only deposit funds using a payment method that belongs to you personally. Depositing using someone else's payment account is not permitted.
• Deposits via mobile wallets such as JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your bed pkr balance within a few minutes of the transaction completing on your end.
• Bank transfer deposits may take longer to reflect depending on your bank's processing times.
• bed pkr does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your payment provider directly.
• bed pkr reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is a reason to suspect it was made fraudulently or using a payment method that does not belong to the account holder.

Funds deposited into your bed pkr account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming on the platform. Deposited funds that have not been used in any bet may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal terms below.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your bed pkr account are paid out in PKR. You can request a withdrawal back to your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa wallet, Raast account or bank account depending on the method used for your deposit and the options available on your account at the time of the request.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is verified as belonging to the account holder. Withdrawals to a third party's account are not permitted.
• bed pkr reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard procedure and is not necessarily an indication of any issue with your account.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.
• If your account is under review for any reason, withdrawal processing may be temporarily paused until the review is completed.
• Any funds that have been won as part of a bonus that has not yet met its applicable terms may be subject to restrictions on withdrawal. See the Bonuses section for further detail.

bed pkr does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing time. In cases of high volume or technical issues, processing may take longer than standard. If your withdrawal has not been received within a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference details.

6. Betting Rules

The sports betting section on bed pkr covers cricket including PSL, T20 internationals and other formats, football, esports and a range of other sports and events. All bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport or event-specific rules displayed at the time of betting.

• All bets are placed in PKR. The stake and potential return are displayed clearly before you confirm the bet.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds change in real time, particularly for live in-play markets — the odds shown when you open the bet slip may differ from the odds when you confirm, depending on platform settings.
• bed pkr reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event where an error in the odds occurred due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases the stake is returned to the player's account.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets on that event will be settled according to the applicable sport rules for that market. In most cases the stake is returned if a result cannot be determined.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a short delay between placement and acceptance. Bets placed during this delay window may be rejected if the market has suspended or the event state has changed significantly.
• bed pkr reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or event at its discretion, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance automatically once the event result is confirmed and the bet is settled.

For cricket specifically — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series — additional market-specific rules apply to situations such as rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, super overs and abandoned matches. These rules are displayed within the relevant market section at the time of betting.

7. Live Casino Rules

The live casino section of bed pkr features real dealers streaming in real time. Games available include blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and live game show formats. All live casino games are conducted by professional dealers and the outcomes are determined by the physical actions in the game — cards dealt, wheel spun or dice rolled.

• All live casino bets are placed and settled in PKR.
• Game outcomes are final once the round has concluded and the dealer or system has declared the result. No claims regarding a different outcome will be accepted after the round is settled.
• If a technical disconnection occurs during a live casino round, bed pkr will attempt to settle the bet based on the game outcome recorded on the server. The server record is considered definitive in the event of any dispute.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per round are displayed within each live casino table before you join. These limits may vary by table and game type.
• Attempting to exploit any perceived error in a live casino game — including placing bets that are not within the normally available options — is a violation of these terms.

8. Bingo Rules

The bingo section on bed pkr operates scheduled and on-demand bingo rooms. Tickets are purchased in PKR prior to each game starting. Once a bingo game has commenced, ticket purchases for that specific game are closed.

• Prizes for each bingo room are determined by the room type and the number of tickets sold. Prize structures are displayed within each room before you purchase tickets.
• Results are determined by the random number generator used by the bingo system. The system is designed to produce fair, unbiased outcomes.
• If a bingo game is interrupted or cannot be completed due to a technical issue, bed pkr will void the game and return all ticket costs to the players' accounts.
• Chat features within bingo rooms, where available, must be used respectfully. Abusive, offensive or disruptive behaviour in chat will result in chat restrictions and may result in account action.

9. Bonuses and Promotions

bed pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions or other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms which are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria are set out in the specific offer terms and may include account age, deposit history or account verification status.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time unless specifically stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses credited to your account must meet the stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games or markets are specified in each offer's terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds in your account are tracked separately. When placing bets, real money funds are typically used first unless the offer terms specify otherwise.

10. User Conduct

All users of bed pkr are expected to use the platform in good faith and in a manner that is fair to other players, to the platform and to the integrity of the games and events on which bets are placed. The following actions are expressly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way that is not through normal manual use by a human player.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform or systems that are not intended for general user access.
• Placing bets using inside information not available to the general public about the outcome of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other players, dealers or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or on any bet.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including any commercial purpose.
• Making deposits using payment methods that are not legitimately owned by the account holder.
• Any form of money laundering or using the platform to process the proceeds of illegal activity.

11. Suspension and Closure

bed pkr reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons, among others:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• At the player's own request — for example, as part of a self-exclusion under the responsible gaming tools.
• Extended account inactivity, subject to prior communication to the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative or non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method subject to standard verification checks.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact bed pkr support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed promptly.

12. Responsible Gaming

• In all cases, the maximum liability of bed pkr to any individual player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits bed pkr's liability in cases where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

14. Privacy

The collection, use and storage of your personal information by bed pkr is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and the platform. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
